The Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA) at St. Aloysius Catholic Church is a welcoming journey of faith for adults who are interested in learning more about the Catholic Church. OCIA is designed for those who are not yet baptized, those baptized in another Christian tradition, or baptized Catholics who have not yet received the sacraments of Eucharist and Confirmation.
Through prayer, study, and open discussion, participants grow in understanding of Catholic teachings, Scripture, and the life of the Church. OCIA provides a supportive and respectful environment where individuals can ask questions and discern God’s call in their lives.
If you or someone you know is interested in becoming Catholic or completing the sacraments of initiation, we warmly invite you to explore this journey of faith.

CCD (Confraternity of Christian Doctrine) at St. Aloysius Catholic Church provides religious education for the children of our parish. Through engaging lessons, prayer, and activities, students grow in their understanding of the Catholic faith and develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Classes focus on Scripture, Church teachings, sacraments, and Christian living, helping young people build a strong spiritual foundation. CCD also prepares students to receive the sacraments of First Reconciliation, First Holy Communion, and Confirmation.
Our program partners with parents as the primary educators of their children in the faith, offering guidance and support as families grow together in Christ.
All parish families with school-age children are encouraged to participate in CCD and be part of our vibrant faith community. For more information please contact the Religious Education director, Michelle Towery.
